If we haven't met yet, I'm Emma! I'm a psychologist, performance and mindset coach, author, amateur athlete, creative, and mother. 

I’m also proudly multi-passionate, and very familiar with what it’s like to build, pursue, and care deeply about more than one meaningful thing at a time.

Drawing from over 15 years of psychological expertise, I combine evidence based strategies with real world knowledge to help women who are building multiple businesses, projects, and pursuits navigate the complexity without the chaos, guilt, or burnout. 

At the heart of my work is this belief: Your variety isn't the problem it's your competitive advantage. You just need structure that works WITH how you're wired, not against it.

  • I already have a lot on, will this add more to my plate?
    No. This program is designed to reduce cognitive load, not add to it.
    The Achievement Code doesn’t ask you to do more, it helps you:
    • clarify what actually matters
    • work with your energy instead of against it
    • replace mental friction with clear reference points
  • Is this just another productivity or planning system?
    No, and that distinction matters.
    This isn’t about optimising output or squeezing more into your day.
    It’s about building capacity, confidence, and structure that supports how you naturally work.
    That means building frameworks you can adapt as your life changes, a way to make decisions without guilt or second guessing and systems that support variety instead of suppressing it.
  • What if I don’t follow things perfectly?
    That’s expected (and I'll probably celebrate it, yayh for being a human!)
    This program is designed around real life, not ideal conditions.
    There’s no perfection standard, no all-or-nothing thinking, and no falling behind.
    The goal is confidence in your ability to recalibrate, recover and continue, even when things shift.
  • Do I need to be working on multiple projects or businesses?
    No, but you can be!
    This isn't a business planning program. It’s about supporting a multi-passionate way of operating in the world.
    Some women are actively building multiple things.
    Others feel restless, stuck, or under-expressed and have multiple interests.
    The Achievement Code meets you where you are, whether your variety is currently expressed, paused, or tangled.
  • What makes this different from other mindset or coaching programs?
    I love this question!
    Most approaches are built on reduction: narrow the focus, simplify the identity, choose one path and ignore the rest.

    The Achievement Code is built on integration.
    Instead of asking you to become less, it helps you: understand your range, design for choice, work with changing energy and seasons, and turn variety into a stabilising force, not a liability

    It’s psychology-informed, systems-aware, and designed for real life, not idealised routines (and designed by a real life psychologist!)
  • Is this therapy?
    No.
    The Achievement Code is not therapy, and it’s not designed to treat mental health conditions.
    It’s a psychology-informed educational program focused on confidence, identity integration, decision making, energy management, and sustainable ways of working with variety.

    This is a group program and does not involve 1:1 work.

    If you’re currently in acute distress or seeking clinical mental health support, this wouldn’t be the appropriate program for you.

The Achievement Code might be for you if..

 → You have multiple interests, projects, or identities, and you’re not interested in collapsing them into one 
→ You’re accomplished, capable, and thoughtful, but are fragmented or stretched across your interests or projects
→ You want structure that gives you options, not rigid routines that drain your energy 
→ You're looking for sustainable achievement, not short bursts followed by burnout  
→ You value evidence, depth, and nuance over hacks, hustle, or hype  
→ You want to feel energised by variety, not constantly negotiating with it

But might not be for you if..


→ You’re currently experiencing acute burnout, emotional collapse, or mental health distress and need immediate support or stabilisation (This work is educational, not as a substitute for therapeutic or clinical care.)  
 → You’re looking for a one-size-fits-all system you can copy and paste. The frameworks are designed to be personalised and adaptive.  
 → You’re not in a position to engage with self-directed change right now, whether due to life circumstances, capacity, or timing (And that's okay! This work will still be here when you are.) 
 →  You don't have multiple interests, projects or ideas you would like to pursue.

A small note on scope and support

The Achievement Code is an educational, psychology-informed program designed to support insight, self-trust, and sustainable ways of working for multi-passionate women. It is not therapy, counselling, or a substitute for individual mental health treatment. 


While the program draws on evidence-based psychological principles, it does not involve diagnosis, crisis intervention, or individualised clinical care. If you are currently experiencing: severe or persistent burnout, acute anxiety, depression, or emotional distress or feel unable to meet daily demands without significant strain we strongly recommend seeking personalised support from a qualified mental health professional instead of undertaking this program. 


If you’re deeply depleted, emotionally raw, or feel like you’re operating in survival mode, the most supportive next step may be rest, therapeutic support, or recovery-focused care first. You are always welcome to return to this program in the future, when the time is right for you.
